Ryan has over 20 years of leadership experience with the following healthcare companies: GE healthcare, United Healthcare, Cigna Healthcare, GlaxoSmithKline, ADVENT, and Boston Scientific.  In 2018, Ryan founded Aesthetic Practice Solutions.​

Ryan earned a B.S. in Computer Information Systems (Software Design and Development) from Missouri State University and an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis with a concentration in Finance.
