FilterLab, LLC (the Company) is not liable for any issues or risks associated with users acting on the information provided in the App. The information contained in the App may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Privacy Policy

AnatomyLive (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use the AnatomyLive mobile application.

Information We Collect
AnatomyLive does not collect, store, sell, or share any personal information or protected health information (PHI). The app does not require account creation and does not collect patient names, email addresses, identifiers, data, facial scans, biometric identifiers, or medical records. Users of the app are responsible for any information they collect using the app.

Camera & Augmented Reality Use
AnatomyLive may request access to your device’s camera solely to enable real-time augmented reality (AR) visualization features. Camera data is processed locally on the device. Images and video are not recorded, stored, transmitted, or shared. No facial recognition or biometric identification is performed. Facial landmarks and features unique to each individual may be used to place augmented reality anatomy on the subject's face.

Health & Medical Information
AnatomyLive is designed for educational and visualization purposes only. The app does not collect, store, transmit, or process protected health information (PHI). No patient-specific data is entered into or retained by the app. As no PHI is collected or stored, AnatomyLive is designed to be HIPAA-safe by design, though it does not act as a covered entity or business associate.

Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any user data with third parties. We do use a third party that serves ads through the app.

Data Security
Because AnatomyLive does not collect or store personal or health-related data, there is no personal data retained that could be compromised.

Children’s Privacy
AnatomyLive does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the app and/or through our website.
